Menu: Staff > Payroll > Settings > Occupations

You can set multiple occupations and their codes and minimum pay.

These settings will allow you to recognize the right person for Roster, review their minimum pay and run various reports based on the occupations and codes.

  • To add an occupation, click on ‘+’ sign above the grid.
  • To edit, click on the row you wish to edit.
  • To delete an item, click ‘Delete’ on the right-hand side. You may not be able to delete occupations that have employees assigned to them.
